Living quarters door moved from passenger side to drivers’ side to have escape door on the same side. Trailer is stored inside during the winter and stored outside during the summer so there is some sun fading and cracking but the skylights are in perfect condition. Used only a couple of dozen times to haul our Mules. Used more for camping without the mules. It has a 9 ft slide out with table/bed with storage under the seats & 8 cubic ft gas or electric refrigerator. Slide out floor has been replaced by Lakota in 2020. They also replaced all shades with Cloth Pleated tension style day night blinds. Interior is the chestnut package with upgraded countertops. Walls and ceiling are soft touch. Kitchen has a 3-burner stove/oven, Convection microwave oven, double sink with tall faucet and lots of cupboard space. There is a fan with rain sensors in the living area. The couch by the nose of the trailer makes into a bed. The 60-gallon fresh water tank is under the couch. There is a Tv above the counter that is on an adjustable mount. The Radio is Bluetooth & also a DVD /Cd player. There is a queen size bed in the nose of the camper, with a tv mounted to the cupboard. The head board has outlet with USB ports that can be hidden. There is storage in the headboard area and also some storage above the windows. The main door has retractable screen door. There is also storage under the steps to the bed! The ac unit is a 13500 btu all ducted along with the furnace. There is an outside radio with Bluetooth, 14 ft awning non-power. Bathroom- has corner shower, wardrobe with drawers, porcelain toilet, sink and medicine cabinet. Under the bathroom sink is the 10-gallon gas hot water heater and the converter. There is also a fan with rain sensors. Horse area has hardly been used, mats are in excellent condition, it does have stud gate. We used the stud area as mud room. Lots of manger storage, 4 tier saddle rack & blanket hangers in the collapsible tack area. Mangers never used. Drop down windows with bars on the head side and sliding windows on the rear side. 14 ply tires with spare, 2 interstate batteries, 2- 20 pound lop tanks with new regulator. Self-leveling dual electric jacks. Replaced goose neck hitch with gooseneck extension. Still have the original hitch. From the nose to back is 41' 6".
