Barely used it so looks like new--our two horse bumper pull with dressing room and awning.  Back has a ramp not a step up. No manger but wide space for two hay bags included. We have had the frame checked and proven to have no damage from rust.  Previously caulked roof and all seams. We replaced tires and had all mechanicals replaced for use by new owner.  Have receipts and pics. You can also speak with the garage that checked the frame.
