The living area has a sofa that converts to a bed, 2 storage cabinets with recessed lights above the sofa, faux wood linoleum floor, ducted heat and air, 2 ceiling mounted speakers and 8 recessed lights.
The kitchen has a dual bowl porcelain sink with removable hard cover, 2 burner cook top with removable hard cover, 4 drawers, 2 cabinets, microwave, vent hood and 6 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer.
The bathroom has a shower with hand held shower head and skylight. There is a roof vent, mirrored medicine cabinet, large porcelain sink, toilet and a passthrough door to the second bedroom.
