The trailer has a camper style door with full screen door leading into the living quarters. There are cabinets in the headboard, mattress with decretive comforter and pillows, side cabinet, cabinet mounted 20” TV and 2 bus windows with decretive window treatments in the nose. The living area has a side cabinet with 4 drawers, 2 cabinets above the sofa which converts to a bed, 2 wall sconces, extra large steps leading into the nose, faux wood laminate flooring, 11 ceiling mounted lights, Jensen CD player with bluetooth, 3 ceiling mounted speakers, and ducted heat and air.
The kitchen has a 6 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, 2 compartment stainless steel sink, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, vent hood, 3 cabinets and 2 drawers. The bathroom has a corner shower with hand held shower head and skylight, electric roof vent with fan, mirrored medicine cabinet, sink, 2 cabinets, toilet and pass through door to the mid-tack.
The mid-tack has a side load ramp on the street side and a camper style door with full screen door on the curbside, carpeted walls, lined and insulated walls and ceiling, a blanket bar, brush box, 5 bridle hooks, 4 tier removable saddle rack and a passthrough door to the stock area. The stock are has a full center gate, (2) 8” vent rails on all sides with plexiglass, a full rear swing out door, rear ramp, rubber floor matts, interior lights, 8 tie downs and 2 roof vents.
The trailer has a 19’ electric awning, Onan 4000 generator mounted on the roof, a wrapped hay rack with telescopic ladder, (2) 20 gallon propane tanks, dual leg hydraulic jack, (2) 12v batteries, 235/85R16 tires mounted on Alcoa aluminum alloy rims, matching spare tire, 11 exterior ties, and load lights on 3 sides.
The trailer was professionally serviced on 3-4-24 and included bearings, brakes and lights.
