Sleeping area has quality queen bed with shades on windows lighting and cabinets. Kitchen area has stainless sink with cutting board insert, 3 burner stove with oven, hood, hot water heater 2 way. Large refrigerator/freezer which has 3 way power(12v,120v,propane). Open area has picture window with shade, screen door, new smart t.v. with amplified crank up antennae, and large seating area with under storage. Air conditioning is provided by high effeciency unit in living as well as unit in horse area. All lighting throughout is LED. Trailer is wired with both 50 amp service and 30 amp 110V. House 12v is powered by 2 12v batteries and converter unit. Horse area has walk through door from living area and 3 dividers with stud guard on one.
Roof vents, drop down windows and air conditioning in back along with 110v plugs and led lighting. Rubber floor mats and sides are like new. Seperate tack and saddle racks are with door collapse if not needed for more space. Outside of trailer has 15 foot awning and all aluminum sides.
