*Disclosure: This trailer is truly exceptional and would normally be priced it at 52k. However, we have taken into consideration the maintenance needs that require attention. The awning needs to be replaced, and the horse load area lighting needs to be fixed. We never had a need to use the awning and just never fixed the lights during the time we've owned and enjoyed this trailer. To accommodate, listing it 'as is' at 48k. Despite these needs, this trailer has provided us with full functionality and enjoyment.
*Reason for selling: moving and it won’t fit under new awning. Will be downsizing after the move.
