Shower/tub. Porcelain toilet is only a couple of years old. Flatscreen TV with DVD player. Fridge, water heater, and AC updated in 2009. 1-year-old 20-foot awning. New tires. Spare tire. Extra storage with tool boxes on hay rack. Half-moon water caddy for primitive camping. Gray water caddy. Plugged in and hooked up to water so you can see everything work. You will need a mattress as we kept our memory foam one. Will consider 2- or 3-horse trailer with tack room in trade.
