Trailer is in great shape for the year. It's been kept under roof when not in use for the last 10 years. Electric jack, 23' long on the box, 8' wide and 8' short wall in living quarters, 15' awning. Tires are like new, no dry rot. Brand new batteries on 9/9/24. I haven't used it for 3 years so I plugged it in and everything seems to be working including the furnace, AC, fridge, and water heater. Wheel bearings inspected and packed and new wheel seals a couple years ago. It's ready to haul and camp.
