The living quarters has a mattress, sink, Fresh water tank, city water connection, water heater, shower/toilet combination, storage cabinets, refrigerator and roof air conditioning. It has a mid tack room and a rear saddle/tack area. It is reverse load which is nice and has rubber Matt’s on the floor. It has an air ride suspension for a better ride for the horses. It has an awning. The fabric on the awning needs to be replaced. It has 5 new tires. This Turnbow trailer is a well constructed trailer. It pulls great.
