Horse area:
8 wide, mangers, fans, insulated horse area, side load with ramp, full rear tack with lots of space, LED lights, newer tires, escape door on first bay that opens from the inside and outside (we would use it as a mud room door when it rains), door to the living quarters, hydraulic jacks, electric awning, outside loading lights, 2 propane tanks and many more.
LIVING QUARTERS:
14 foot, full size couch and table, slide out, larger fridge, full bathroom with sink, toilet, shower & storage, Bluetooth compatible, AC, heat strip & furnace, microwave, TV, lots of storage, extra thick mattress, hot water tank can run on electric or gas, AC is very cold, sleeps 6 comfortably between the mattress, the jacknife couch and the table drops down, stove vent with lights and fan, and many more features.
Wired & set up for a generator. The original generator broke & we removed it. But, it is set up for one if someone needed that option.
