Priced for an immediate sale at $8,900 OBO, this clean Southern 2001 Exiss 3-horse slant load gooseneck is currently located in Mid-Michigan and ready to haul today with a clean, clear title in hand. Built with a 100% all-aluminum frame and a solid aluminum floor, the horse area features drop-down windows, dividers in great shape, and excellent running gear with great tires. The partial living quarters offer a great foundation for weekend trips, complete with a sink, microwave, cabinets, and a propane setup. In the interest of full transparency, a previous roof leak has been fully sealed; it is now completely watertight but just needs some simple interior cosmetic updates to make it your own. I am highly motivated to sell ASAP and have attached raw photos of the exterior, interior, the excellent floor condition under the mats, and the VIN plate so you can buy with total confidence message me to schedule a showing or to make a serious cash offer!
